What is KB3 Bootcamp?
Russell’s brings his knowledge and unique training methods to KB3 Bootcamp. This is a no nonsense, no frills exercise session with a group of like minded friendly people. Sometimes we train indoors or out. Work hard, but to your own ability.
KB3 Bootcamp is all about expect the unexpected. Different drills, challenges, working on your own, with a partner or in a team. You could be doing some time based challenges, dragging a dead weight , flipping a tyre or outside in the snow, who knows!
You don’t have to be fit to start, just have enthusiasm and a desire to have a go at something new. There is something for everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Russell's knowledge and experience coupled with a high level of service has made KB3 one of the most respected fitness providers in the south east.

- Use our online booking system to book or reschedule sessions.
- Only pay for what you use, there is no expiry date on the sessions.
- Purchase either 6, 10 or 20 credits for £45, £65 or £120 respectively (1 credit=1 session)
- Credits are transferable to other timetabled sessions. e.g. Kettlebell training
