Our programs run over a flexibale 6 week period with sessions lasting approximately 45-60 minutes and include KB3 Skills, KB3 Results and KB3 Outdoors

Our training sessions are designed to challenge you physically and mentally and are good fun.

  • KB3 Skills - Teaches you the basic art of Kettlebell training, and experiencing their benefits! Ideal for those who have never used Kettlebells before. Click here to book.

Courses are pre-paid online with no contracts or ongoing membership. After the 6 weeks, you can decide whether you wish to continue or not.
